“Muhammad Sarmad is a very talented and devoted developer and leader.”

Hi, I'm Muhammad Sarmad
Founder of TrueLogics
Full-Stack Software Architect for AI, SaaS & Mobile Products
Founder of TrueLogics. I architect and ship AI products, SaaS platforms, and mobile apps for startups and businesses worldwide — 8+ years, 30+ products, 20+ clients. You work directly with the person designing the architecture and writing the code.

Pivot
Full-Stack Engineer · Present
Open collaboration platform — Notion-style docs, real-time messaging, and LiveKit audio/video in one cross-platform product (web, iOS, Android, desktop).
- Contributed across the stack — Go/TypeScript microservices, real-time systems, and the React Native frontend
- Built real-time collaboration features on the Pilot/Dealer WebSocket stack: presence, typing indicators, live cursors, and Yjs-based block editing
- Implemented Connect-RPC/gRPC services with protobuf contracts shared across Go and TypeScript, backed by NATS event streams
Engineering
Founder-led engineering across the stack
The same standards TrueLogics ships on every project — from architecture to production.
Clean architecture
Clear service boundaries and data models — built to scale from MVP without a rewrite.
Web & SaaS applications
React & Next.js front ends — multi-tenant, responsive, and production-ready.
Mobile apps
Cross-platform iOS/Android with React Native — offline-first, with native integrations.
Backend & APIs
High-performance services in Go, Rust, and Node.js — REST, GraphQL, and gRPC.
Real-time systems
Chat, video, presence, and conflict-free sync — WebSockets, WebRTC, and CRDT-based collaboration.
DevOps & cloud
Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and CI/CD with GitHub Actions — monitored, repeatable releases.
AI-augmented engineering
AI-assisted planning, code review, testing, and documentation — with senior engineers accountable for every production decision.
Quality & reliability
Automated testing, observability, and secure-by-default services — quality as a process, not a hope.
AI Products
AI products that hold up in production
LLM integration, RAG, and autonomous agents — from prototype to privacy-first deployment.
AI Agents
Autonomous agents that plan, reason, and act across multi-step workflows.
RAG
Retrieval-augmented generation grounded on your data for accurate, cited answers.
LLM Integration
OpenAI and LLM APIs wired into real product features — not demos.
Tool Calling
Function/tool calling with tight contracts so agents take reliable real-world actions.
Vector Search
Embeddings and vector databases for semantic search and long-term memory.
AI-Augmented Engineering
AI-assisted architecture, code review, test generation, and documentation — human-reviewed before production.
How I can help
What I help you build
The same outcomes TrueLogics delivers — from a first MVP to a production system that has to stay up.
Startup MVPs
Launch a credible v1 in weeks on architecture that won't need rewriting at scale — ship fast without cutting the corners that matter later.
SaaS Platforms
Multi-tenant products engineered for thousands of users — auth, billing, dashboards, and the reliability paying customers expect.
AI Products
LLM integration, RAG systems, and autonomous agents — from prototype to privacy-first production deployment.
Real-Time Systems
Chat, video, and live collaboration — WebRTC, presence, and conflict-free sync that stays consistent under production load.
Enterprise & Internal Tools
Dashboards, portals, and internal systems that replace spreadsheets and legacy software — built for teams at scale.
Modernization
Legacy migration, cloud migration, and performance optimization for systems that have outgrown their original build.

Process
How I work
Build. Ship. Scale. — a predictable path from idea to production, so you always know what's next.
- 01
Discovery
We align on the problem, users, and success criteria — and scope the work into clear milestones before any code.
- 02
Architecture
I design the system: services, data model, APIs, and infrastructure — so we build on a foundation that scales.
- 03
Development
Iterative delivery in short cycles. You see working software early and often, with progress against agreed milestones.
- 04
Testing
Automated tests, code review, and QA on each milestone — so quality is built in, not bolted on at the end.
- 05
Deployment
CI/CD pipelines, containerized releases, and monitoring — shipped to production cleanly and repeatably.
- 06
Long-term Support
Documentation, handover, and ongoing iteration — I stay available to evolve the product as your needs grow.
Pricing
Rates & how we work
Straightforward pricing for AI products, SaaS builds, and real-time systems — milestone & module pricing highlighted below.
Hourly
$35 USD / hr
For ongoing work, spikes, or when scope changes week to week.
Milestone-based
Fixed price per agreed milestone once we define each phase and acceptance criteria.
Module-based
Quoted per module (feature area or deliverable). We split the product into modules, price each piece, then build in order.
Final numbers after a quick discovery — no surprise scope.
FAQ
Questions before we talk?
The things clients usually ask before kicking off. Anything else — just reach out.
How do we structure pricing?
Three ways, depending on how your scope behaves. Ongoing or fast-changing work runs at $35/hr. Well-defined phases are billed milestone-based at a fixed price per milestone. Larger builds are split into modules and quoted per module, then built in order. We land on final numbers after a short discovery call — no surprise scope.
What kind of work do you take on?
AI products, SaaS platforms, real-time systems, startup MVPs, enterprise tools, and modernization — the same work TrueLogics delivers. Stack-wise: React/Next.js, React Native, Go, Rust, Python, Docker, AWS, plus LLMs, RAG, and agents when the product needs them.
Which time zones do you work with?
I'm based in Pakistan (UTC+5) and work daily with teams across the US and EU. I keep overlapping hours for standups and reviews, and I'm async-friendly the rest of the day, so progress doesn't stall between calls.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within a few days of a discovery call. That call is where we align on scope, milestones, and acceptance criteria — so once we start, we're building against a clear plan rather than figuring it out as we go.
Can you own a project end to end, or join an existing team?
Both. I've led builds solo from architecture through delivery, and I've embedded in distributed teams to own a slice of the stack, review PRs, and mentor. Tell me where the gap is and I'll fit the workflow you already have.
How do you use AI without sacrificing code quality?
AI accelerates discovery, planning, code review, testing, and documentation — but every architectural decision and production release is reviewed and approved by senior engineers. You get modern engineering speed without compromising rigor. That's how TrueLogics ships.
Do you own the code you deliver?
You do. Everything I build for you — code, and the IP around it — is yours. I hand over clean repositories, documentation, and whatever handover your team needs to keep shipping without me.
